All available iodine products will chase the toxin, bromide, into your bloodstream.

You might be able to manage detox symptoms by taking the companion nutrients, starting out with even less, taking half an iodoral every other day.

Why don't you try starting with 1/4 or 1/2 tab instead?

No...that is why I stopped taking Iodoral at all...
