Hi Patty,

as someone who has already worn out the T--shirt, I'd like to pick your brain, if you don't mind ?

If i must avoid the veggies they list for thyroid, what can I use for a juice detox ? Carrots, zuchinni...I've heard I should avoid the nightshade veggies like tomato and peppers....where can I go look for info on this juicing thing ? Should I do it now while I still have my implants ?

Thanks as always,

Fiona

Anita,

Juicing is definitely a body detoxifier, especially if you cut out all the other bad stuff and allow the nutrients to go to work in the body from juicing alone.

I think a detox for both you and your son would be a great idea. That is so very sad about your son....that really just grabs my heart when the kids are affected. I pray that he can find relief for his suffering soon. I do not know if the detoxing will help his condition, or if it is a genetic issue, but trying the detoxing is a great start.

I've put you in contact with some great people about the hyperbarics. I hope can help you....please let me know how that goes, and remember, if you can afford it, there is a hyperbaric chamber here in Vegas, actually several of them, so you may not have to travel. But isn't that far, and she is a great lady.

Dr. Mercola would also be great....I trust his ability to treat us, as he KNOWS implants are bad news. He will be compassionate, I am sure.

You are on the right track!

I have posted instructions for the coffee enema in the files section. I will post them again for you, and I hope you will find it very easy to use. I do them quite often, and find them to be very effective. Coffee enemas can be used by anyone who is ill, and at the age of 13, your son can use them safely. It is important to juice and get nutritional support with the use of coffee enemas, so make sure you are eating alot of fruits and vegetables, or juicing, okay?

I'll post those instructions in a separate email...watch for it!

I HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR ANSWERS SO MUCH I AM SO CONFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUSED! MY SON JUST CAME HOME FROM SCHOOL AND HE IS SOOOO TIRED! HE SEEMS TO HAVE SO MANY OF THE SAME SYMPTOMS AS I DO. I AM TRYING TO WORK UP A PLAN OF ACTION. I THOUGHT THAT SINCE MY SON IS IN SCHOOL NOW (HAVING A TERRIBLE TIME WITH BRAIN FOG) I WOULD FIRST TRY DETOXING FOR BOTH OF US. I WILL START A COLON CLEANSE TOMORROW MORNING. IF IT IS NOT TOO HARSH I WILL TRY IT FOR MY SON ALSO. I ALSO THOUGHT I WOULD START A JUICING DETOX FOR BOTH OF US. SOUNDS LIKE THAT DETOXES THE WHOLE BODY. IS THAT RIGHT? ACCORDING TO THE SPIT TEST WE BOTH HAVE CANDIDA BUT I THINK MAYBE I SHOULD ORDER THE TEST FOR HIM BEFORE I START TREATING HIM. DOES THAT SOUND LIKE A GOOD IDEA? I THOUGHT THAT BY THE TIME WE DO ALL THAT SCHOOL WOULD BE OUT AND IF WE ARE NOT MAKING PROGRESS BY THEN WE WILL PERHAPS GO OUT OF TOWN FOR HYPERBARIC TREATMENT OR MAYBE TO SEE DR. MERCOLA. DOES THAT SOUND LIKE I'M ON THE RIGHT TRACK GIRLS? ANY SUGGESTIONS? DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE COFFEE ENEMA? ARE THEY SAFE FOR CHILDREN? MY SON IS THIRTEEN AND WEIGHS ABOUT 160. HE'S NOT FAT THOUGH> DO I ASK TOO MANY QUESTIONS? HUH? LOVE, ANITA

Hi Fiona,

You can definitely still do juicing while you have implants.

You can experiment with the different kinds of veggies, and really just pay attention to how you feel when you consume large quantities of any one kind. I found that the green juices did me in, like spinach, kale, watercress, chard, etc. I pretty much had to stick with carrot/apple (my favorite) or carrot/apple/celery. I also did beets in a very small quantity, zucchini, cucumber, and then of course, all by themselves, the fruits. I have done all kinds of fruits, but it is not a good idea to get too many of them this way, as the sugars become very concentrated and you can consume way too much.

I stayed away from the nightshade for a small period of time, until I determined that I just wasn't reacting to them. I can eat tomatoes and peppers. I can also eat potatoes, but I have chosen NOT to eat potatoes, or enjoy them only rarely. Potates are notorious for spiking blood sugar very quickly....not a good thing to do to the old pancreas, so I choose wild rice instead.

There are so many juicing books out there...I must have three or four. I got into juicing thanks to the Juiceman, Jay Kordich. He's got a pretty cheap book out with many recipes for various combinations of juices. (It is very important not to mix fruits with vegetables, with the exception of the carrot/apple combination.) I am sure that you can find all kinds of info on the net about starting a juicing program. You can start here, with my favorite MD, Dr. Mercola:

Good luck Fiona!
