It very well could be that I have a virus again. I just had a

stomach bug in November. Everyone in the house had it except for my

middle son. He escaped because he was at a friend's house. The rest

of us were sick as dogs - all within 8 hours of each other and at one

point we were all sprawled out in the living room whining and crying

holding our buckets! But it was over with as quick as it came. Then

my daughter came down with something last week. She had nausea and

aches and terrible headache. Her son (my grandson) had terrible

diarrhea and a little vomitting. Of course I was the lucky on to

clean it all up. I used big yellow dishwashing gloves to try to keep

the germs away - but I probably breathed them in somehow.

It's just weird that the yeast thing happened at almost the exact

same time as the bug. Have any of you had lower pelvic pain with

yeast infections? It's been so long since I've had one that I don't

remember. I had a hysterectomy 5 years ago so there's nothing down

there, but I feel like I'm getting ready to start a period.

Patty, I can't believe I'm asking this...but what the heck is a

coffee enema? Do you actually brew coffee and then do an enema?

That sounds really disgusting! I have been so constipated for the

last year, who knows what might come out! And yes the throw up was

green - that is after the little bit of food and coffe came out. I

still felt really nauseated this morning. I just ate for the first

time today and it's 12:30pm. I hope it stays down. I lost 7 pounds

in 8 days according to the doctor. He didn't seem like it was a big

deal though. That's a whole other story....

MISINFORMED. WHAT KIND OF LIVER FLUSH ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? ANITA

day. I don't know if you remember anything about Daryl because she

does not post often, but she has alot of symptoms that you do,

especially the endometriosis thing, or severe abdominal pain. It

seems to me that the gallbladder and/or liver is involved here, as

she said her vomit was green (sorry for the graphics, guys) and green

means bile....is yours?

flush to clear out anything that may be blocking toxic elimination.

Headaches, nausea, vomiting are all signs of toxic buildup from a

sluggish liver. If you do an internet search on liver support, you

will find a zillion links to products that you can buy, and they are

all herbal based. The most effective herb for the liver is milk

thistle. Buy a quality one...I think all of us should be on milk

thistle. You can take it for life, and your liver will love you for

it.

I am not a doctor, but to me, it definitely sounds liver related (as

in toxic buildup), and you might want to focus on doing healthy liver

interventions The most important things you can do would be to take

liver supportive herbs (milk thistle, dandelion root), Swedish

bitters, and do a liver flush.
