And knowing that anything eaten standing over the sink has no calories. And anything " tasted " while cooking it has no calories, no matter what it is or how many tastes. And anything eaten standing in front of the refrigerator with the DOOR OPEN (has to be open) has no calories. And anything left over in the fridge for more than two days has no calories, even if it is potatoes and gravy or cheesecake.
