Feeling sorry for ourselves

I just ran across the quote below (which sort of fits with my sig

below, too). I know that all of us feel sorry for ourselves from

time to time because our band is bothering us, we're bothering the

band, we're fat, we're not losing fast enough, we hate the liquid

phase, we didn't get a fill that instantly made us happy, etc,

etc.
