Guest guest
Also, Mark's Wellness on Oak Street in Vancouver has Lugols. Kripps Pharmacy in Kerrisdale sells iodine capsules that have the same formulation as iodoral. When I last asked, the pharmacist at Finlandia didn't seem to have heard of iodine supplements. Guest guest
Found that local chiropractor in town sells iodoral in box of 100 bottles for $10 per bottle so maybe others could find that happening near them. Sounds great to me. His first box of 100 was out in less than a month so iodine is really catching on in my town of 7,000. I was quite surprised and delighted. Guest guest
Sorry to mislead the group. I checked with the chiropractor's office and the friend who told me about $10 was incorrect as price is $28/180 pills of iodoral and visit to dr so he can dispense it. My friend was pretty excited to decide not to get breast cancer surgery -lumpectomy and had made her mind up not to do the surgery. She had a 95% sure on the needle biopsy and was scheduled for lumpectomy. Two of her sisters have died from breast cancer so was hoping she would consider taking iodoral in the time she waits for next dr. check in 6 months. It feels good to be able to share an idea that could help her in this situation where we often stand feeling so helpless to do more than just hug. In 3 months of Iodoral, I have noticed the following things. I sleep 7-12 hours even through phone calls now-I used to sleep 9o minuteseach night a few years back. I have lost the fibroid lumpiness in my breasts- so after rib pain for past 3 years went bra less but they are too relaxed for that now. I can wear that bra comfortably now that rib lumps are gone. I had tried a zillion kinds and chopped holes in spine area and considered designing my own type. So glad to be comfortable in this sleep bra which I use for daytime use. It was in one of those embarrasing catalogs they send for seniors. The rib lumps that came after being rear ended by a drunk driver last May have melted away so my ribs are easier to return to their spots by chiropractor weekly .I used to be in so much pain with that even using 2 different narcotic pain medicines and biting my finger to keep quiet. She showed me how much force she used to use and I was amazed how little it was to cause all that agony against those tender lumps. Those lumps are almost gone. My FM lumps have shrunk from 78 lumps to 33 lumps in a year's time with Dr. St. Amand's mappings and some of that is due to 1800 MDR guaifenesin and some to 50mg iodoral. Sorry I just don't know which did which lumps. I know that I started in worst 10% for FM and he was surprised out how much I had changed. Also being rear ended twice in past 4 years increased the number of lumps. Makes me want to drive a tank. Thanks to all of you for the ideas and life events you share.
