Guest guest
I had my implant after breast cancer, and was deathly ill in less than 2 years. I recommend removal and no replacement. Guest guest
Ellierae, many of us here have similar symptoms. Especially brain fog, short term memory loss, fatigue and pain. I swear sometimes that my family is lying to me when they say I said or did something that I don't remember. It started happening shortly after getting saline implants. It got much worse over the years. I had my implants for 4 years and just had them out in December. I don't think there's much of a difference between the saline and silicone. The shells are exactly the same, just the inside is different. The shells all breakdown and either the gel seeps out or the contaminated saline. Both make you sick. There are a few women here who got implants for reconstruction after breast cancer. They became much sicker from the implants than they did from the cancer. I can't remember their names right now - maybe Patty knows? Anyway, it would be a good idea to read our stories and see what we've gone through. You survived breast cancer, you can survive this too. I'm sorry your PS said they were safe. He/She was wrong. Pam > >I had breast cancer in both breast and had a bilateral mascetomy > >with reconstruction.
