Not all of us can afford to go out and buy a book. I buy most books on ebay because even with shipping they are cheaper for me. The books for these guys aren't on ebay, unfortunately. I can't afford them. I had to up my insurance to get my doc back and my mortgage comes first, then my meds, and then there is not much left. I don't have a credit card, got rid of those because of cc trouble and debt. I am reading the web sites and printing and reading as much as I can. Most of us are sick when we come here, and in fog, and have trouble remembering things. Be patient, we will get there just as you did when you first got here. C.

His book doesn't answer all the questions anyway.

It's good, but I think it's not detailed enough...that's why this

group is so valuable. I bought the book and read it, however I think

I got more information from reading the files and messages on this site!
