OK Joanne, will ask her tomorrow and let you know, K ? Natural stuff is

usually the very best way to go, and if the best you can do is plant a small

tea bush of herbal tea in a pot somewhere for medicinal use to help

yourself, you;re probably still better off than buying fancy schmansy stuff

from a health shop. Hang in there " sista " , you'll be " a whole new bunch of

carrots " in a few months from now...
