Beth,

I am assuming that you have had some type of testing for the

dizzyness such as an MRI. If so, then just ignore this message.

Dizzyness with " buzzing " can be a sign of spinal cord

compression/injury, possibly from a ruptured or bulging disk or a

tumor in the cervical spine. Just FYI. Though many are dizzy,

including me, the " buzzing " deserves some looking into. Take

care of yourself.
