What is this detoxification issue?

Hi There,

I just ordered iodoral and am starting at very low doses to start.

Just started yesterday and strangely enough my temp actually went up

to 98.6 for the first time in a very long time.

I have hypothryoidism and secondary adrenal insufficiency and have

also been going through a long term adverse drug reaction to a

fluoroquinolone anitbiotic. The toxicity with the fluoroquinolone

has been horrrible and has caused my meds not to be utilized

effeciently.

Can iodine work that quickly? I only took a little bit less than

half of a 12.5mg pill yesterday afternoon and this morning.

What is the detox thing that can happen when starting? I have read

that taking celtic sea salt can help with this? I already have some

because of my adrenal insuff. How does the salt help?

Thanks for any info. I don't want to put myself into any detox

because my poor body has been trying to detox the fluoroquinolone for

the past 16 months.
