Thanks for all the wonderful information. I have also been to the

curezone site and many others regarding fasting and decided to give

it a try. So I bought a fruit and veggie juicer and started my fast 3

days ago. I am still taking my chinese herbs, however. I thought I

would die on day one. I did great on day two until I cleaned my

countertop with a little bleach and I got gravely ill. I vomited

quite a bit of the green stuff and felt much better later. I did a

quick search for nausea and fasting on the web and got lots of

answers. We are so ill and immune deficient that I learned that it is

probably better to do a modified fast eating one small meal or even

some rice at a certain time everyday. Some information states that

you can also choose to ride out the nausea and stay on the fast. It

is just a sign that the liver is just pouring out toxins at too fast

of a pace for the body to handle. I decided to stick with the fast

and add one slice of bread a day to it. I am having some wonderful

reactions such as a sense of well being and increased mind alertness.

I also noticed increase body odor, pimples for the first time in

years and a horrible taste in my mouth. This is all from the toxic

liver and all normal so I am told. The internet does recommend buying

books and really researching a preparing for the fast because many of

us are just too ill to do it. I am thrilled that I made it this far

and hope that I can stay on for a while longer. My abdominal pain is

even better. It is also recommended that we do enemas or colonics to

help speed up the removal of toxin everyday or every other day. Take

care. Joanne
