coffee enema and juice question

Patty,

I couldn't find the info on drinking juices when doing coffee

enemas. Any certain kind? I don't drink a lot of juice, but was

thinking of doing a juice fast with small amt food for 3 days along

with coffee enema. I am kind nervous about it. I read them more

freq. the enema, need to increase juice. Well, tell me what kind of

juice, does it matter? If I'm fasting I'm gonna need plenty of water

including some sugars. I don't want to get dehydrated. I thought

about getting some gatorade or something like that.
