The author of the book, recommends for candida- going on Fungal Defense first, followed by Primal. Its in the book. I followed it , and saw a huge improvement in candida.

Dear dimonds

I was excited to hear that you did the liver cleanse. I am afraid

to. I get very sick very easily with detox!! Are you still feeling

ok from the liver cleanse? Did you use epsom salts or something

else? Please reply on that. Also, I wanted to let you know that

primal defense powder is better absorbed and I can tell the

difference over the caplets. Also, I have mixed primal defense

powder and perfect food powder in water and it is so easy to drink.

This is a very powerful combo. Please take it slow. If you get

yourself back into too much pain it will be a mistake. OUr bodies

have to be able to eliminate the toxins we release or they will be

reabsorbed and have the potential to make us actually worse. Doing

more than one thing at a time can confuse what is working and what

is not. GO SLOW. Getting better will be a life long process. It

is so easy to get depressed when you herx. Because herxing affects

our brain and thus our emotions as well as our bodies. So take your

time and remain encouraged! You are in my prayers
