True, especially for white meat, which is usually pretty dry. For

Careful is the key word, and is the hardest thing for most of us, as

we're used to " shoveling it in as fast as we can " .

I'd say soft fishes are easy for most, but that many have trouble with

" tougher " things like shrimp and halibut and other " tougher " fish.

Yeah, mindless eating is the worst thing we can EVER do. Of course

mindless eating is what got us fat, too.
