Deb, I get mine from www.iherb.com for very competetive prices. You can do the pill form or the powder (yuck, didnt like drinking muddy green/brown water) they are healthy flora and organisms found in the soil (all antibiotics are found in these soil groups) that will eat up all sorts of candida, mycoplasma, virla infections, bacteria, and the list goes on. For optimal health, you need these for replacement while living in this antibiotic enviroment we live in. We cant be too pure, or else all the bad overgorws and causes disease.
