He said that the valve was defective and that's how it got that way. I had 13 good years and then 4 terrible ones. I wish that I would have had them taken out 4 yrs. ago but the dozens of Dr.s that I saw told me that my implants are fine and that I just have fibro. I was explanted 9 months ago and am still taking alot of pain meds.-I need to do some detoxing-I was hoping that I would just get better after explant. I have awful brain fog and detoxing seems complicated. I need some advice on detoxing!! It simular to the "Body restoration" plan, but I choose this one. It is a great plan that addresses food allergies, detoxing the kidneys, blood , lymphatic system,and most importantly the liver big time. But doing this, as you clean the liver, you lose inches, and bad fats, while ragaining health, and proper hormone fuction. I feel great! The diet is not hard for me to follow, as it is like Dr Mercola's but is also a detoxing one, that uses herbs, spices, foods, cran water juice, flax sees oils to transport bad fats, and fiber drinks. I love it, and feel great ! I lost 3 pounds already. After the hardest first 2 weeks, you add back dairy to see if you react to it (like bloating or sleepiness) and if you do, you keep it out of your diet as these sabatoge your weight and health.Then it goes after gluton allergies too. I feel so good on it. And the cran water joice has tons of antioxidants that carries toxins away, stuff we got plenty of ! And tons of enzymes, vitmains and trace minerals. The book is amazing!
