I noticed that no one has talked about colonics or colon

hydrotherapy. I am taking ThreeLac for candida and have had a

terrible time with the die off symptoms of gas, indigestion and

irritability (to say the least). In order to stay on the stuff I had

to have a series of colonics. This has been a whole new world for me

as I am a western trained nurse and we never talk about detoxing. I

am amazed at the results (even after the 4th visit).I really don't

want to gross anyone out but if you have the money and really want to

detox, I can't recommend it enough. You can even buy your own board

and do it yourself at home. I am glad some of you are getting results

from the coffee enema but it just gave me gas. See ya. Joanne

Hi Joanne,

I have done the colonics, and have my own colema board...gosh, I think I've done it all! I thought the colonics were great, and I would probably do more if I had tons of money. I was amazed at what came out even after 3 days of fasting.

I found the colema board to be helpful, but kind of cumbersome...my bathroom was too small to fit a chair into it, and I was worried that the weight of the 5 gallon bucket would take my cupboard right out of the wall! I did about a week of those and then decided that regular enemas and coffee enemas worked very well in my situation. Unfortunately, my colema board is gathering dust in my closet. I used it in conjunction with Dr. Bernard Jensens' book "Tissue Cleansing through Bowel Management." That was a great program, and one of my girlfriends who was ill from silicone gel swears by that one as the greatest healer for her. She went from literally crawling on the floor from fatigue to being able to go skiing again! I think she did the program regularly over a period of months.

I am sorry the coffee enema just gave you gas...it sounds like your digestive system needs more healing. I hope you don't give up on them entirely...they are quite powerful at detoxification, especially for those times when you feel particularly dreadful and toxic.

Wishing you wellness,

Patty
