,

Thanks for one of my best responses ever! You are wonderful! And

the detail helps so much. I will keep everything in mind.

Especially thanks for the part about staying away from sugar and

white flour and stuff. That's the part I really needed to hear. I

have such a hard time changing my diet. I've always eaten healthy

and never had weight issues, but I need to stay away from select

foods that I have endulged in before. I always say that I should be

drinking coffee instead of learning to brew it for an enema. And

where are the pizza and cokes??? I know, I'll have to learn. It

will be so good for me to change diet habits at a young age.

Also, thanks for all of the depression info. I'll definitely be

careful with my emotions....and my new boyfriend looks like he's not

going anywhere; we're already talking about making a move to

something more permanent :) Weird, huh, but it looks like when it's

right...you just know (I was engaged before and I never JUST

KNEW...so this is pretty amazing).

Oh, and just to let you know...after my first coffee enema....I feel

less pain than I have in a long, long time!!! I know that healing

is just around the corner. And my boyfriend asked, " Do you know why

you're feeling better? " Then he hugs me and tells me that " It's

Jesus " and, " He's answering my prayers. " I am more than lucky, I'm

blessed.

Thanks so very much, ,

Kacey

You have a too cool boyfriend Kacey!

I am really glad to hear you experienced one of the benefits of coffeee enemas that I have talked about often...pain relief! I think this is a great way to deal with pain, perhaps along with pain pills if needed, but it would be pretty cool if the coffee enemas could get you to a point of not needing the pain pills anymore. I've heard it happens....

anyway, thanks so much for sharing that!

Patty
