Hi I'm just waking up from 15 years of Fibro plus many other ailments. I gave up conventional medicine and found a Naturopathic M.D. in Toronto. He put me on Hydrocortisone for my adrenal insufficiency, desiccated thyroid because I'm hypo, Compound progesterone because I'm low on that, many vitamins and minerals that he tested I was low in and the final piece to the puzzle was when he added in Lugol's, 2 drops a day, if I miss my Lugol's I sure feel it. I am so angry that 15 years of my life was taken from me because of some made up disease called Fibro those conventional doc's labelled me with.Doctor also tested me for toxins. My mercury, arsenic and lead were sky high so he put me in UNDA detox products, banged around my adrenals a little but I survived the detox, Congrats to you!P.S. I'm off disability and back to work! LIFE IS GOOD!

I have to agree here. If you are a thyca patient (as I was when I started this) you will need larger amounts of Iodine to stay "out of the woods". I recommend at least 50 mgs. I take 100 mgs. - dx'd 8 years ago.
