Hi Lynda,

So glad to see you posting with us! I am not sure what your situation is with being registered and not recognizing a valid ID...are you trying to send a letter to with a email address, or are you trying to get back on the website for Saline Support?

Sometimes gets really goofy when you are just getting onto their groups site at first.

Have you verified your email address or gotten any letters of confirmation of your account? Sometimes it needs to get beyond that confirmation point before things settle down. You may even need to go in and create a whole new account if you can't get the original one to work.
