worth taking DHEA, or just increase the NAE?

Hi,

Iv just increased to 3 pills of NAE now. I'm just wondering if it's

worth taking DHEA as well as this was very low on my salivary test

results, or should I just stick to the NAE. I have already felt the

benefits of the NAE and have only been taking it for 11 days. Makes me

think my symptoms are more to do with the adrenals than the thyroid!

Also, I am getting some Armour soon and I know you are supposed to

increase the NAE at the same time as starting the Armour. Does this

still apply if I have already just increase the dose a few days ago?

It's so nice to know I am at last on my way to being healthy again.

I'm sorting out my adrenals, the candida and soon the thyroid will

hopefully start to improve after the Armour!

Thanks

Jonny

Hi Jonny

In your case, I would definitely think that taking DHEA will do you nothing but good - your readings were very low. With DHEA however, you don't feel the benefit of supplementing for quite a while - can be up to 3 months. so don't expect results overnight. If you have recently increased your NAE it should be OK to start Armour.
