Guest guest
, I didn't have drains. No fluid accumalating. Everythings is fine so far like I said, except my sutures are itching and they are poking me kind of. I wonder? I'll call tomorrow & find out. Surely they would have said something or when he saw me taken them out. He looked at them, then applied ointment then changed the dressing. I made sure to spray them with collaidol silver for infection, and they were pretty red and inflammed. Once the stitches were taken out, they healed up nicely with Vitamin E and that cream, I forgot the name... oh merderma. There was a lot of thread, and makes sense so much as they took a lot of tissue out. So that does make sense. But I have healed great, and its been over a year, they look like fine cat scratches now. No red or pink color. Just skin toned little lines. Do you know that the drain holes were nastier, and took longer with the bright red color to fade down , than the incisions. Yuck! How are those? ----- Original Message ----- From: Debbie B. Sent: Sunday, February 15, 2004 8:01 PM Subject: did your incisions take long to heal? , your incisions did they take long to heal? I should have asked my ps about it. I'm healing okay, but I can feel the stitches poking some sub mammary. Duh you would think I would know better being medical and all. Just wondered how yours was. I just assumed they were self dissolve, I never asked. The implant incision I can't recall it was so long ago, but I think I could never feel the stitches. Maybe he used more thread this time since he cut tissue out? DebJOSEPH PALANCA <juliejp61@...> wrote: Deb, that’s awesome. I wish you the best in your recovery. Sounds like you are on your way. I have always said I hug better, and have my heart closer to the ones I love. I love my breasts, so soft and real. And snuggling IS better! I have not one regret in getting them out ever. I sleep sooooo good now- Even on my tummy- yippie! it has been over a year, and I love myself better, and feel great! My hubby loves them this way too. He says they are softer, and also, my face has that glow back again. Something I lost with the implants a long time ago. You go girl!
