Guest guest
Just like you, I am also so tired of spending all my days making phone calls to Dr.s, reading about fibro or yeast, taking supplements, talking about my pain, and then sleeing the rest of the time. I don't laugh very much anymore. Everything always gets so complicated. My ins. co. went out of bus. in Dec. and for a month all I did was beg ins. co. to take me. I couldn't sleep at night. I hate being so dependent on Dr.s and pain meds. My self-esteem has lowered and my husb. says he misses the girl he married. I hope that someday I can be my old self. I can't find a Dr. who belives in candida or the negative side of implants. I'm going to try and get diflucan or nystatin from a Dr. Which one is best? How much of it should I ask for? I have really bad brain fog and I feel very confused all the time! I hope that your day is going much better! Love, Daryl Re: My good experience with a new Dr.! -Dear dimondsI am so glad you found your doc. I really feel that you are finally on the road to recovery! I know exactly how you feel when it seems like your day is about getting well. I feel like I am practically obsessed about it. I have spent countless hours researching, reading on the web, reading books, visiting dr, trying different therapies, etc. It can become your whole life! I too, just want to get back to living and stop having to focus so much on my health! I get discouraged until I realize I practically stopped having a life three years ago. Now I am slowly picking up where I left off! Hang in there! Also, I have used the boric acid douche and it worked for me as a "control" measure. I now use oral nystatin as a "control" measure. I will know that my immune system has substantially improved when I don't need to uses douches periodically to keep the vulvadynia and yeast away. TAke care!smiles,kathy-- In , "dimonds68" <XENA6881@a...> wrote:> Hello all. Just writing to let you know i saw a new Dr.on Fri. They > took my insurance. Guest guest
Diamonds, I know that you worked really hard on your detoxing to get rid of all those bad problems. What would you say, is the most important part of your detox was? How long did you do it for and was there any supplements that you think made a huge difference?? What is your worst symptom now? You, , and Rogene have really inspired me with your posts about how strong you all are, in staying with a program. I know that there are others that have given me great ideas too, but you three come to mind when I think of motivation! I'm taking the Three Lac and avoiding sugar, I have 30 other bottles of supplements that I'm trying to simplify, but I'm not sure which ones are very important. Any more of your magical advice would be terrific! Love, Daryl Re: RE;Does anyone get better.. Thanks , yes I am still on pain meds. I'm at a dosage finally where I can function. And you're right about the exercise, I'm going to start soon. I replied to your other post saying that with summer coming it will be much easier - I have a pool so I will be in it every day. I'll get a lot more exercise than I did all winter. I'm looking forward to it!Pam> > > Hello, I am catching up on some posts.
