Hey there Deb, right now I am doing a typical detox diet. This is

either friut for breakfast or grains(buckwheat,or millet with soy

milk). For lunch and dinner(pretty much the same type of meal) First

I juice a glass of veggies(if I feel like it) Then I have a large

salad with lotsa veggies and romaine lettuce.(mostly raw, some

steamed). The dressing I do myself. It consists of Cold pressed

olive oil, then squeeze some fresh lemon on it. I sprinkle garlic

powder and kelp on it. Then I have a small piece of chicken or fish

(baked) with it..OR I have some nuts like cashews or amonds instead

of the meat.OR instead of having the meat, you can have a baked

potatoe or sweet potatoe. I do not have potatoes because I am trying

to kill off the yeast. I drink only water and herbal teas. I have no

sugars, perservatives..ECT. No junk. I am Laughing right now because

If I were a well person reading this, I might sound like I am 'off

my rocker'. I am sticking with having some meat, because If I do not

I will wittle away to nothing. My whole family is like that(comes

from the genes) I have always been super thin(thank you God!), and

that has not really changed much scince I got ill, except I have the

potential to become TOO thin, like anerexic looking.(not good-kinda

scary) Hope this helps ya. You can find alot of good detox diets by

searching the net. Just look under detoxing the body, detoxing thru

nutrition..ect. Be well Deb !! 'hugs' dimonds68
