Hi. I just wanted to add that in my researching I have read

numerous times that soy is not good for you unless it is fermented

and organic. Also, that most soy is genetically modified. I think

this is terrible. MOnsanto (evil personified if you ask me) has a

monopoly on most of the seed market and their " Round Up ready

soybeans can withstand many times over the amount of Round Up

sprayed on them as weeds can. Do we really want to be eating this?

Monsanto is also the creator of Bovine Growth HOrmone in milk and

also many other genetically modified seeds. They have no care for

the future of the human race. Anyway, I would really be aware that

all that soy stuff such as soy milk and other foods can be harmful.

Hugs, kathy

can stop drinking coffee too, that would be great, but I know it is

hard.) If you are going to use a creamer in your coffee, use the

real thing. Use real milk or cream.

and partially hydrogenated oils are big baddies...major, major bad

stuff! Really read your labels and don't buy any products with

partially hydrogenated oils or hydrogenated oils of any kind. There

are alternatives or better choices in almost every category that you

find these nasty transfats in....you just have to hunt them down.
