Guest guest
Hi all, I have been taking the 3Lac for about 6 weeks. I have had some horrible side effects like bloating (now resolved with treating my constipation problem). I have learned that you must keep your bowels moving daily to get rid of the dead yeast. But the worst thing is the irritabily symptoms. I usually love to watercolor and cannot even pick up my brush. I have lost all joy for life and yesterday I got so stressed that I had to take Xanax. I also read that it is good to take 5 days or so off the treatments to take a break from the die off symptoms. I am wondering if the Primal Defense has the same symptoms. I use ThreeLac because the company is right down the street from me and they have been wonderful to me. I work with someone at candida free.net who is very helpful and has not given me the 30 day claim. He has told me that it may take 4 months to feel better. This is a nasty thing that we are dealing with and I know that it is not going to be easy to lick no matter what route that we take to rid ourselves of it. I am going to take the 5 day break, though, and just watch my diet closely and take other probiotics. I did go to 's support group the other night and found several positive postings on the ThreeLac. It may be all comercial, though. I find it very inexpensive (25 dollars a month). I also learned a lot about candida on the support site and what is key to getting rid of it is having a strong immune system. We must eat good and I strongly believe that we need supliments. Barley, wheat grass and spirulina are awsome ways to build us up. I use a product called Sunrider which is another multi- level company but it is so awesome. Take care and have a good day.
