Guest guest
Hello Bob!! Welcome to BFL and welcome to this support group!!! Lots of wisdom and sharing goes on here, and Im sure someone will be able to answer your questions You asked about supplements, are you wanting to target weight gain (beef up) or fat loss? There are some specific supplements that can help you in these areas.... on a more general note though, I would like to suggest Myoplex and Betagen and a good multi-vitamin for starters You might want to read this site www.hussman.com/eas for more info Im sure there are many more suggestions that will be coming your way, and they will have more in depth answers Blessings, and the best of progress to you! ~~ Hi all you BFLers,I will be starting my program on Monday, 3/26. I am still trying to figureout which supplements are best. Any advice?Bob Gallese, Area Manager

Guest guest
Welcome Sylvia! Any diet has temporary results if you are no longer doing it, so any way of eating that you can stick with will help you out greatly! You aren't alone! Guest guest
Hi everyone! My name is Dee and I am from Phx, AZ. I had my Realize band put in on May 7th and am slowly learning how to adjust to my new life- I have a total of 8cc in my 9cc band, and have finally reached my " happy/sweet spot " . 3 Months post op as of yesterday and slowly working to my new goal- sadly I only lost a total of 10 lbs so far, but I like going by my clothes more than anything... Just wanted to say hi! Anyone else here from near my area? Dee in Phx, AZ
