I started taking vitamin B-12 a couple weeks ago and lately I have noticed I feel a lot less tired. Buy the sublingual kind, you put it under the tongue and let it dissolve. You can buy it at walmart for about 6 dollars. I saw an infomercial about it and thought, hey its worth a try, and I love it, it really works!! They say if you have a stomach problem you may have a B-12 definciency. You can look up B-12 online and read about it.
