I am on 3 a day but when having a stressful time I do take 4 and always have 3 am and 1 pm.

Luv nne

If I do that should I split it 3 and 1 (so 3 at breakfast and 1 at12.30) or 2 and 2?

I've been on 3 NAE for around 5 days now and was thinking about upping

to 4 NAE tablets.

If I do that should I split it 3 and 1 (so 3 at breakfast and 1 at

12.30) or 2 and 2?

I'm wary of taking 2 at lunchtime and then not being able to sleep,

but feel I could still do with an extra burst of NAE.

Any thoughts?

Barbara

Hi Barbara

I would take 3 with breakfast and 1 with lunch.
