to all newly explanted women

Hello all. I have not posted in a while, and am catching up trying

to read some posts here. To all newly explanted. Congratulations!

Just a reminder that things DO get better!! I am proof. I was

bedridden 1 yr and a half.(saline/smooth) So many of my symptoms are

gone! And many have eased up. I am not completlty well, but I have

come a long way. I have a brain again! I considered myself in

a 'vegatable state for that first year and a half'. Just hang in

there. Things take time. There is alot of useful information here,

and inspiration on how far some of us have come! It has been a bit

over 3yrs scince my explant. I hope to improve even more.!! I

remember not being able to shower myself or drive, or add numbers!

What a scary place that was to be! I keep coming back to this site

like a magnet, because I want to help other women know that there

are women like me who have come so far! I remember the ones who got

me thru the dark, and would not be here right now if it were not for

them! Hang in there, and keep the faith, and patience, healing will
