Subject: Norma's 2nd Liver Flush

Even though it had only been a week since I did the first liver flush and the

fact that I was in a lot of pain, I went on with a 2nd flush.

I can't tell you how glad I am that I went on and did this early flush. Again

there were no big stone, but there were dozens of teeny ones. But what poured

forth over the long night was incredibly to say the very least. I am still in

shock. Especially as I have shared that I was not even sure I had liver and

gallstone problems. Those questions have been put to rest.

The first flush was painful, I never slept all night and I was dehayrated and

extremely weak for days. Not so this time. It went so smooth.

I followed the suggestion of one of the ladies and used grapefruit (fresh)

juice in the Epsom salts as well as Olive Oil. I never had a cramp or any

discomfort whatsoever. I actually slept until around 5:30 a.m. when every

thing broke loose... smile.

I have another liver flush scheduled in two weeks and I am believing that

eventually the big guys will come rolling down the track. I am a beliver and

so is my husband. By the way he has put on the calendar to do his second flush

this week end.

Thanks so much for listening to me share the past couple of weeks as I have

shared about my liver flushes.

Thank you for the good news, Norma. I'm so glad everything came out

alright. There's been several accounts similar to yours where someone

had apparent congestion in the gall bladder after a flush and did

another one sooner than two weeks. Some have ended up with pain due

apparently to a stuck stone(s)after their flush. Some have done a

followup flush the next day and got relief.

I'm glad you are brave enough to take responsibility for your own

health and it's paying off. You can't let up though. Some people

have had great success in helping their gall bladders and then got lax

(they stopped flushing for several months before they got all the

stones out). Later the problems came back so much worse that they

still ended up with their gall bladders out. Don't let this happen to

you :)
