Guest guest
Hi Norma, Sorry about the pain. I can't recommend to you what you should do, because that is a personnal decision. If it were me, I would go ahead and do a flush according to the directions using Epsom Salts ASAP. You have all the symptoms of gallstones that have been loosened and stirred up but not removed in your last flush. This is a decision you have to make because your health is your responsibility, but I am giving my opinion Vince > Hello friends... as you may remember I did the Liver Flush last Tuesday > and did not get any stones. Guest guest
Norma I attempted my first flush last friday with no success, but sunday evening, I began experiencing the pain I get when the stones are at or in the cystic duct (about 1 inch from my sternum). This pain is not as extreme as a galbladder attack, but painful enough to keep me in bed the major part of the day. I took acetaminophen twice yesterday, and it lessened the pain to a tolerable discomfort. At 38 and relatively healthy other than this gallstone issue, I have never taken over the counter pain medication before. I've known about the gallstones in my gallbladder for the last two years, and I have experienced four gallbladder attacks. The pain from the inflamation of just having the gallstones stop at the cystic duct (no spasms) lasts two days. Today I'm feeling better, just soreness in the abdomen. The area near the cystic duct is still tender and sore when I feel over it. I've learned to gauge where the two stones are just by feeling underneath my ribcage. I'll probably eat a normal meal thursday or friday, for now it is just an occasional smoothie. I would also like to know if anyone has attempted a flush within a week after a failed flush. Should I wait until the inflamation has subsided before I try again? The reason I ask is because all of the recommendations say to wait at least two weeks. I was also very much dehydrated after the third dose of epsom salt (clark recipe), the instructions don't provide for hydrating during the flush. Is it typical to feel so dehydrated, and is it safe to continue the flush at this point? Any of you who have experienced this, and know what I'm not doing correctly, please reply, thanks. juan > Hello friends... as you may remember I did the Liver Flush last Tuesday > and did not get any stones. Guest guest
Attempting another flush immediately is probably a good idea. Watch your symptoms though. Norma, if I remember right you had an ultrasound that showed inflammation but no stones. This is a very good thing. If you have undue nausea with jaundice and fever, you could possibly have a stone stuck in the duct. The fact that the ultrasound does not show any is again an excellent sign but not foolproof. It is very doubtful though. I personally had never had any liver/gallbladder symptoms until I did my third flush. No fun. I was miserable until I followed it up 4 days later and got immediate relief as well as passing quite a bit of detritus. You probably have just loaded your gallbladder with more stuff in the first flush. Make sure you are getting plenty of magnesium in during the procedure to relax the duct. The more relaxed the duct, the easier to flush. Hang in there baby. Good lick. ----- Original Message ----- From: Norma<mailto:cndaulton@...> gallstones <mailto:gallstones > Sent: Wednesday, October 05, 2005 10:05 AM Subject: elHelp Please! Guest guest
Hi ... I am sorry to hear that you are experience a lot of pain... it does appear that you know a lot about gall bladder attacks and how they work. In my case, I have not been checked by a physician, and was not even sure I had gall stones... but as part of Dr. 's regimen of cleansing I felt to do the liver cleanse... Based on the reaction and level of pain that has occured since doing all these cleanses it does appear that I have stones. As to how long we wait in between these liver flushes, as Dave, Vince and others have shared with me, I believe waiting the full two weeks is not prudent *in my case*. Dehydration..... This occurs with any kind of fast. I have done many fast for physcial and spiritual reasons and in each case following the fast I have been dehyrated. How I have dealt with this is through proper nutrition. I load my body with Raw Green veggies, lots of water and other healthy liquids. And I immediately get back on my supplement program that I follow on a daily basis. One important thing I have found is to make sure I take Acidolpis and a good probitic. When cleansing, zapping, etc. good bacteria is also affected and needs to be replaced. With this liver flush I did last week, I too was wiped out... drained, and very weak... but by following the above regimen of lots of green foods, water, supplements I bounced back quickly. I make no recommendations to anyone as to what they should or should not do.... each of our bodies and chemistry is different... we are all in different phases of health... some sicker than others... And, so you need to learn to listen to your body, study, research and design a healthy living program that suits your body needs, life style, and then go for it. Best of luck as you seek to be healthy and live life to its fullest. Guest guest
There are many different cleanse protocols. The one I use uses three bottles of magnesium citrate solution over a day and a half. Others use a similar amount in the form of epsom salts. ----- Original Message ----- From: R. <mailto:mrfrank@...> gallstones <mailto:gallstones > Sent: Wednesday, October 05, 2005 11:26 AM Subject: Re: elHelp Please!
