Guest guest
Good Morning . I don't know how much is " plenty " for you. Each of our bodies are different and depending on our health needs, diseases we are battling and etc. determines the amount of any supplemental needs. If for example your physician or nutritionist recommends that you take 1000 mg. Calcium a day, then the amount of magnesium should generally be half that amount. My ratio of cal/mag is based on the fact that I am post menopausal and have several chronic health problems that warrants me taking 1000 cal 500 mag. Dr. Lark, a woman doctor whose newsletters and website I read from sets this same standard also. http>//www.drlark.com. Maybe others here will comment on your question. Have a great day Norma -- In gallstones , " R. " <mrfrank@u...> wrote: How much is " plenty of magnesium " ? > >
