Guest guest
Last year in Jan I went and had blood work---everything was just super and I thought but I don't feel as good as these test results. Then in June I had my first big attack and not a big one since (most likey because of changing diet (I was always doing adkins) so I went back to my normal eating which is mainly fruit, veggies, pasta, some meat and fish. It's when I changed my diet to lose ten pounds that I probably pushed my body too far. Everyone has sludge and stones but being on all protein will force the issue!!! So diet change is a must. But the real point I want to make is so many things have been falling apart. I had floaters in one eye (and that does indicate weak liver) I have liver spots on my skin (also liver and age related (too much sun) Also OA in the knees, joints and hip (had knee surgery once already) And my conculsion to all of this is the liver. Even though my test results were great (and now I have one that is elevated). Doing the adkins throws your hormones off as well and that also causes stones. and pre-menopause is almost over--(average woman hits menopause at 50) so I have a few years yet. But what is so intersting is to see the body ailing --cysts in breasts as well. ( I take iodine for this) My daughters doctor says it's all hormonal. Could be but a lot of this is due to diet, stress and how we take care of ourselves. Hopefully with more flushes my eyesight will improve, joints will stop aching, skin won't be so dry. I use progesterone just a few days in the month (that also helps with cysts) But not alot since once before I caused overgrowth in the uterine linning. So I may not need a lot of this. I also had acid relux 5 years back but that is gone due to digestive enzymes (when I eat a big meal with protein). So I just have to do more flushes and it's really worth it because it is the essence of everything!! Glogged up liver and all your body will start to decline like mine. Hope this explains why you should continue with the liver/GB flushes. Without the GB the liver has to work even harder and you will still need to do flushes. Read some past posts and you will see. tina
