Ultrasound before and after

Hi All,

I had been looking at the forums and didn't find an actual case history where

someone had an ultrasound before and after a flush. So I thought this may be

helpful to others.

I had an ultrasound in mid August 2005. It was then that I was diagnonized

with gallstones. The report said the biggest stone was 1 cm in diameter and

there were several smaller ones.

After the thanksgiving weekend, I did my first flust with a pint of olive oil

and orange juice. I passed several stones (or what I think were stones). The

largest was around 15 mm diameter.

The next weekend I did another flush, this time with 1/2 a cup of olive oil

and orange juice. I passed 15-20 smaller stones.

After the first flush, the sensations of pain in my right side changed. It was

more tenderness rather than actual pain. After the second flush the pain

sensations have changed again, and now there are much less severe. A lot of

times I feel a burning sensation that my doctor says is the bile juice flowing

down.

I had a second ultrasound today morning to find out whether the stones were

actually gone. I haven't received the actual report yet, but the technician told

me that she still sees the stones in the gallbladder.

I really do not want to undergo the surgery, but am afraid of the

complications that can arise.

I am thinking of trying out Dr. Cabots liver cleansing diet and see if that

helps.

Any helpful comments appreciated.

Thanks,

Jignesh.
