Guest guest
Well that is the dilemma isn't it? That is why I am curious about the blood levels. Just wondering how that might correlate if at all. Irene At 01:48 PM 11/12/2006, you wrote: Yes I feel that Progest-E is a fantastic form to take. I did not find any relief from creams even though they were the best available in Australia and natural. You rub the drops on your gums for absorption. Dr Peate wrote a good book on Progesterone. He did much research and does not feel you can overdose. The symptoms of hair thinning, insomnia etc can be estrogen symptoms not progesterone. I did have insomnia though but that was from lack of iodine because as soon as I started taking iodoral I sleep fantastically. So its dangerous to pin symptoms on what you think they might be e.g. progesterone causes insomnia when it was really lack of iodine. But its all a gigantic guessing game isn't it? Naturopaths arent necessarily right either because I have just been to one that specialies in thyroid problems and she had never heard of high dose iodine.
