Well that is the dilemma isn't it? That is why I am curious about the

blood levels. Just wondering how that might correlate if at all.

Dr Peate wrote a good book on Progesterone. He did much

research and does not feel you can overdose.

The symptoms of hair thinning, insomnia etc can be estrogen symptoms

not progesterone.

I did have insomnia though but that was from lack of iodine because as

soon as I started taking iodoral I sleep fantastically.

So its dangerous to pin symptoms on what you think they might be e.g.

progesterone causes insomnia when it was really lack of iodine.

But its all a gigantic guessing game isn't it? Naturopaths arent

necessarily right either because I have just been to one that

specialies in thyroid problems and she had never heard of high dose

iodine.
