Guest guest
> > Well, I was attempting my second flush (the first being two weeks ago, with When my husband and I do our flushes, we don't do the apple juice thing. We just eat fairly light, no fat foods throughout the day. When we started, we did use 's tinctures also as well as a host of other supplements and diet changes. We don't get the hundreds of stones some people get, but we get good results. We found that we had big stones to get out of the way first. Then the littler ones came after. I also drink freeze dried wheat grass juice when I want to do mini flushes. It helps me alot. Hope this helps. Also, TRACY, I've been thinking about you. How has the wheat grass worked for you? csc
Guest guest
I'm still in perimenopause. I'm using gallbladder flushing to help with the hormonal problems. My estrogen levels were through the roof but even the natural progesterone turned me into someone I didn't care to hang around even for a moment, even in teeny tiny doses (can you say out of control emotions?), so I've been doing the flushes and things seem to be straightening out on their own. My periods have normalized (insteaad of bleeding to death and needing anti-hemmorhage hervbs), I'm sleeping better and my leg twitches have gone away. I never had much in the way of hot flashes so I don't know about that. The best is, my emotions are so stable these days it's hard to believe.
