Hi All,

Good point on soy products. Soy is extremely hard to digest,

and many who are health conscious turn to it for a protein

substitute. However, that which cannot be broken down,

putrefies in the gut, and causes many health problems. Soy

also is drying, and causes the system to dry out.

I went vegetarian many years ago, and made a soy stew. The

first time I made it I got a huge gut ache, and could not figure out

why. A couple of weeks later, made the same thing, with the

same result. Figured it might be an allergy, but since I was not

raised on soy, was not sure what was going on. When I was getting my

degree in Ayurveda, one of the instructors made some comments

about soy, and how it is not suitable for those with health problems,

and actually anyone, because it is drying and too hard to digest.

If you want to regain health, stay away from soy.

Many Blessings,

-- New Rat Poison

- GM corn and soy is typically fed to farm animals raised for human

consumption.

A new Russian study found that genetically modified (GM) soy negatively

affects the offspring of rats. A group of mother rats with newborn babies

who were fed standard soy had three of their offspring die in three weeks. A

similarly sized group of mother rats who were fed GM soy had 25 of their

babies die in the same three week period.
