Guest guest
, There is a green soup that is helpful in providing nourishment while you are healing but will not cause the GB pain when you eat. I cannot find my link to it with the recipe, someone else in our group may have the link. Does anyone have the recipe? I made this soup to eat when I was going through the most difficult time of my GB attacks and in the beginning of my flushes. This soup tastes good and does not put a strain on your system to digest........while you are healing and flushing. I remember it having parsley, maybe celery and zucchini. Keep in mind the flush is not a one time quick fix. You must incorporate it into your lifestyle and continue for the rest of your life.........for wonderful health benefits. Wishing you a speedy recovery, Dee
Guest guest
I would love to get the recipe for this soup as well! Anyone know if there is a web site or mailing list out there for cleansers/flushers to swap recipes? Even better if they don't aggravate your GB if you're having problems! Guest guest
Hey Dana, I remembered one more ingredient to the soup.........parsnips. I'm looking for that recipe today, doing some holiday baking for a party tomorrow night I'll drag out all my recipe books and copies of recipes.
