Guest guest
from all the reading I have done it meantions that when you do a flush for the first time you don't get all the deep seated stones and sludge--you get what was on top so to speak--but it pushes those in the back forward. Now those stones in the back part of the GB may be either larger because they are older or just more of them moving forward. Thus you will feel them now-- And I have done 4 and not nearly enough stones as you--I would say I am lucky if I got out 20 of them little green things. But I no longer have pain in the apendix area and that is usually when you are about to have an attack. The back pain is a dull one that kind of reminds us that we are not finished flushing YET!!!! what you can do to help it drink epsom salts again one to three teaspoons in juice/water and help relax the ducts because you can have some stones /slude stuck in there as well---drink two glasses if necessary--it will relieve the pain. and this should help until you are ready to do another flush. fyi--tina --- In gallstones , Romould D'mello <romould@y...> wrote: > > Hi, > > I have been following this forum for the last month > after I was advised to remove the gall bladder. > > 3 days back I completed my second flush(ES/OO). Guest guest
Hi Romould, I had the same problem. I did so many flushes and it helped with the gallbladder attack. but it left me with a constant dull ache in my midback and right above my navel. I think this is due to gas. There is also another thing in the indian culture, i forget what's it's called exactly. I'll tell you and i'll post it up too. It's basically a major blood vessel to your navel. Now how you can test it is simple: Put your index finger right on top of your navel and push down pretty hard. If you feel it pulsate strongly you are good. but if it's not easily noticeable it's not good. One way to fix it is massage with oil all over your stomach directed to your navel. So like come down from your chest to your navel and side to side, etc. You can also try this if no is there to masage you: Take a cup and fill it half way with lukewarm water. Get on your side and tightly cover your belly button and lie down straight on your back. Hold it there for a few minutes and push with the other hand under the cup. You should feel the pulsation after awhile. Twist the cup so it stays. I hope this helps. You should also get a food massage and " crack " your big toe, that's where the blood vessel ends. The first one was 10 days back. During the First flush I got 50 - 75 stones out. The flush went well. After the flush I had a dull pain in the right-upper side of abdomen also my stomach felt bloated, I was burping and feeling nauseated for nearly 7 days. I did my second flush. the second flush was painless and successful (100 -150 stones). I am experiencing exactly the same dull pain and bloated stomach, no nausea this time. Any idea what may be causing this. Is my gall bladder inflamed? I am worried it may cause pancreatitis. I am not sure if i should go ahead with the gall bladder removal that was suggested to me a month back. Please advise. Guest guest
The nausea probably was from all the morbid matter going through your intestines before it finally left your body. (much of the toxins will be reabsorbed into your blood stream and put back into your liver) This is why i always do a intestinal cleansing before my first liver flush especially if I dont have a loose bowl. if it took you more then 1 day to get the stones out after your flush then your side effects has more to do with your bowl condition then your liver gallbladder Doing a intestinal cleanse is in my opinion step 1 before doing a liver gallbladder flush inless your trying to avoid gallbladder surgery. But the intestinal cleanse still needs to be addressed that is the problems your having now. it wood be foolish to get your gallbladder out. if you believe your gallbladder or liver is inflammed a bland diet of no meat or little meat, vegetable broth , fruit and melons , no coffee or black tea, no sugar or sugar substitutes , no fried foods will help the inflammation heal there also is some herbs that help ginger root, parsley leaves, fresh squeezed lemon juice mixed with warm water or herbal tea and this is not like taking a pill you have to incorporate it in your diet until your healed not just once a week more like 2 times a day for 2 to 4 weeks also minced garlic clove mixed with juice if you change nothing and continue a bad diet then you will continue to have the pains and may heal slowly or not heal at all depending on how bad your diet is. antacids will not help you heal it will just be putting a piece of tape over the check engine soon light. Guest guest
Hi, I really don't think you should have it removed unless it's diseased or something. I also have a CONSTANT 24/7 bloating/gas/nausea feeling. Some days I'm fine, some days I feel like vomiting all day. I also wake up at night burping. I think this is due to too much air in my body. I'm not sure how to rid this. I'm finishing the parasite cleanse and next I'm doing the kidney cleanse. Did you try some anti-gas medicines? I take maalox if it gets bad, which works great. Also take some digestive enzymes after a big meal. Or I'm not sure if you can find an indian store near you, but go there and ask for " choorun " . There's a brand called Hajmola. It smells pretty bad, but it's a natural way to help digestion and relieve gas. Best, Shefy shefy gupta <shefy7@...> wrote: Hi Romould, I had the same problem.
