Thats pretty high-dose inositol. Even 1000 mg taken once

a day is considered high, but the literature says up to

several grams a day for therapeutic purposes. I find high

dose inositol calms rosacea, panic attacks and anxiety that

may be caused by adrenalin rushes. High dose inositol also

binds iron and other minerals, making them less available, so

the iron binding aspect may be a factor here. I'm very

curious about the contribution of high dose inositol to antibody

reduction. (btw, High dose inositol is contraindicated in bipolar/

mania and other Pheiffer model " overmethylated " persons.)

How much GABA btw?

GABA also calms anxiety.

The high dose inositol and GABA would be designed to calm

a system in overdrive from crisis.

The rest of the supplements below are common and I wouldn't

expect them to influence hashi antibody reduction.

Taking thyroid med when dx with hashi/hypo helps reduce

antibodies.

My own experience with hashi antibodies is the number is

not correlated to symptoms or apparent severity of illness.

That is very interesting, ! And great news for you! I look

forward to hearing your update after your next round of labs.

Best wishes,
