Guest guest
Hello Steph hope all is well I have a question about this topical scar repairing itself. I had a tumor removed from my t11 and lung 8 years ago and a nerve that had to be severed inorder to remove the tumor. my question would be can this scar be healed with the topical Iodine and would any iodine work or just lugol?? also how long would it take to work the deeper scarring as it does bother me all the time but I have just gotten to where I don't let it bother me most of the time thanks for your response in advance > > > > > > Regeneration of Human Scar Tissue with Topical Iodine: > > A Preliminary Report-Part 1 (Three Years) > > M. Guest guest
Hi Steph, Does he mean that Lugol's can heal old scars? Like my 40 yr old thyroidectomy scar? Or am I misreading this? Don't know about iodine, but I do know that raw honey works, even on old scars. Needs to be applied twice daily. Bit messy, but it works. Guest guest
Good to know about the raw honey! It does sound messy, but if it works - it will be worth it! > > > > I have a question about this topical scar repairing itself. > > . . . can this scar be healed with the topical Iodine . . . > > Don't know about iodine, but I do know that raw honey works, even on > old scars.
