Question about epsom salts

Hi -- I just finished with flush number 3 which, considering it was only 3 weeks

(instead of 6 months) from my second flush, it was virtually painless and I

didn't even have to take a day off work this time (I don't have to be there

until 2PM so it gives me a good morning get through the worst). I'm not passing

nearly as many stones this time.

But I do have a question regarding epsom salts. I do pass hundreds of itty

bitty tan colored " stones " that float in my toilet that resemble the epsom

salts, however, these *float* (like gallstones are supposed to do) and the epsom

salts do most definitely *sink* when dissolving them in the water *before*

consumption (yuck, by the way, but definitely worth it). So are they gallstones

or epsom salts? If they are epsom salts, why are they now floating instead of

sinking?

Hi Lori,

I just finished my 6th flush yesterday. It's been about 8 months since my

last flush and they just don't get any prettier. LOL

The tan stones you're talking about, I believe are considered chaff. They

come from the gallbladder/liver and are just as important to get out as the

stones are.

I'm thinking about using more olive oil when I do my next flush in 2 weeks.

I didn't get much out this time - probably about 30 stones. I usually get

300-500 out. So, this was very disappointing.

BTW, epsom salts sink and dissolve in water.

Thank you Tara. I was starting to think I scared everyone off with my

questions. :-) I'm basically doing my flushes every three weeks now until I

have no stones, then I'll go with twice a year after that. It has been an

amazing experience so far. I'm now convinced that I've avoided surgery, even

after all these years of having attacks.
