Is it Ok to eat Cereal when you have Gall Stones?

I have been very constipated this last week due to having severe gall

stone pain. The pain pills I'm taking have made me very constipated.

I normally eat lots of cereal and skim milk. There is a lot of fiber

in the cereal. So I was wondering if that would help, or hurt my

gallstones, and whether it would ease my constipation?

The Magnesium citrate I'm drinking is not doing any good at all. I

drank a bottle yesterday, and one a few minutes ago.

Bloated in the Midwest.

I have done several gallblader/liver flushes very successfully, but I

still was bloated and very uncomfortable with the way my body felt

(felt like I was always wearing a suit that did not fit right), so

finally I decided to do a colon cleanse and I am a new person! I am

not

bloated any more, I don't feel like " swollen " , I digest better, I

have

more energy and my mood is much better.

I started my neighbor's daughter on a parasite and colon cleanse

because

she was always having stomach-intestinal pain, bloatiness, etc. She

passed 3 beisball size balls of intestinal junk and has been passing

weird stuff almost since day 3 or 4 of the clease. Her skin glows now

and it s not grasy any more, the pains are gone and she is so much

better.

I am just telling you this because may be another problem that you

have

not considered. Check the discussion group for that issue, it has a

ton

of info.

Hope it helps,

Veila,

What discussion group might that be for colon cleanse. Also, I understand

that cleansing should be done in a successive order, but I do not know what

that order is for kidney, liver, colon. Does anyone know?
