If you experience it a lot when you have something snug around your waist, I wonder if it is because gas or waste is getting trapped in the large intestine above the waist...if it " frees up " when you loosen your waistband I'd guess that's all it is. I like to put a heating pad on the area, it relaxes the intestines and helps things move along. I don't think it is related to gallbladder...the only left sided pain that would be related to that would be if there is if the pancreas is being affected.
