I've always para cleansed first, and always feel better right away...

As for epsolm salts, I make pills with the same measurements, and end up

swallowing many. Throat gets a little icky- but it's better than drinking it.

The paracleansing always helps me with my joint pain, skin, and even made pains

in shoulders, arm, leg, and abs subside.

:)

>>>Hello all

I am new to all of this.I was wondering if I would be able to do the

gall bladder flush without the parasite cleanse?I am 37 pretty much

healthy except the gallbladder thing.I tried a version of the

gallbladder cleanse and passed a few stones a couple months ago,but

have not done the full measure like dr.clarks version.Has anyone done

the cleanse, and been successful without the parasite cleanse?I would

like to do it and just get it over with ya know. Also is there any

other method besides the epsom salt? That stuff tastes so bad.lol after

the cleanse, does the pain go away?Or is it still a constant battle?

thank you for your help.<<<

Hi , I have returned to this list after a while away, it's so

helpful and encouraging! I have been doing liver/gallbladder

" flushes " for close to 20? years now, and so far haven't done the

parasite cleanse along with it. When I first learned of the flush, it

was before Hulda was as well known, or known at all? I don't

like the taste of the Epsom Salts either, but do like the affect they

have in clearing out the intestinal system and relaxing the ducts

for a good flush. You should have relief of pain if you do a good

flush, but to help with that I always suggest doing the flush with

flax seed oil...I use 1/2 olive oil and 1/2 flax seed oil to get the

best of both :-) Flax Seed Oil has anti-inflammatory properties.

There can be tenderness for a few days, esp. after the good

affects of the oils wear off, but no terrible pain...there would be

something wrong if you were in great pain. So far I've never had

that happen. Personally, I believe a good chiropractic adjustment

after (and before if you can afford it) your flush is very helpful.

It's nerve impulses that tell our muscles, etc., what to do, and

if any are out of balance because they are pinched, it

doesn't help. Wishing you the best! Visit my page if you like

to read about my flushes :-)
