Guest guest
Hello all I am new to all of this.I was wondering if I would be able to do the gall bladder flush without the parasite cleanse?I am 37 pretty much healthy except the gallbladder thing.I tried a version of the gallbladder cleanse and passed a few stones a couple months ago,but have not done the full measure like dr.clarks version.Has anyone done the cleanse, and been successful without the parasite cleanse?I would like to do it and just get it over with ya know. Also is there any other method besides the epsom salt? That stuff tastes so bad.lol after the cleanse, does the pain go away?Or is it still a constant battle? thank you for your help. Guest guest
Hi , This just came up in post number 20083: " Just some info: a lot of people have had good succeess liver cleansing without a parasite cleanse first. Dr. Hulda suggests a parasite, cleanse first before the liver cleanse. She also recommends bowel and kidney cleansing. All the organ cleanses are good, but people take different routes concerning what to do first. I cleansed for parasites first according to Dr. 's recommendations, then started my liver flushes. When Dr. describes problems for those who don't parasite cleanse first, you have to remember that she deals only with very ill people. Those are the ones who have the most parasites. The healtier you are, the less parasites can survive your natural defenses. Best Regards, Vince " As for the taste of epsoms salts, you can use fresh squeezed grapefruit juice to mix with the epsoms instead of water and the taste is much better. Chilled is the best. Not that the taste is great, but it is better... There are flushes with out epsoms salts, but the epsoms relaxes the ducts to allow the stones to pass easier. You want all the trouble of doing the flush to pay off as much as possible don't you I'd take the epsoms and try to get the most stones out if it were me... If you flush, are successful and there are no other changes or continued attention, you may be looking at a reocurrance of the same. Also is there any other method besides the epsom salt? That stuff tastes so bad. -Magnesium citrate from the drugstore or grocery store. Not the finest tasting elixir, but far more tolerable. after the cleanse, does the pain go away? - Maybe. Might take more than one cleanse, or... Or is it still a constant battle? -Just a much more gentle nudge than it feels like frome a loving God or friendly Universe, depending on your viewpoint. Suggest real attention paid to this issue. The cleanse is just the beginning of a new way of life. Check out the archives and read the posts: I think you will find that the scope and depth that many of the people in this group have searched, educated, and evolved to be awe enspiring at times. -Dave thank you for your help. I have been doing liver/gallbladder " flushes " for close to 20? years now, and so far haven't done the parasite cleanse along with it. When I first learned of the flush, it was before Hulda was as well known, or known at all? I don't like the taste of the Epsom Salts either, but do like the affect they have in clearing out the intestinal system and relaxing the ducts for a good flush. You should have relief of pain if you do a good flush, but to help with that I always suggest doing the flush with flax seed oil...I use 1/2 olive oil and 1/2 flax seed oil to get the best of both :-) Flax Seed Oil has anti-inflammatory properties. There can be tenderness for a few days, esp. after the good affects of the oils wear off, but no terrible pain...there would be something wrong if you were in great pain. So far I've never had that happen. Personally, I believe a good chiropractic adjustment after (and before if you can afford it) your flush is very helpful. It's nerve impulses that tell our muscles, etc., what to do, and if any are out of balance because they are pinched, it doesn't help. Wishing you the best!
