Guest guest
Last week I did two days of apple juice fasting, but then I got a migraine and was nauseous, so I was afraid to take the oil. (I have a history of migraines and know that once I'm nauseous, I usually stay that way until the headache is over.) After the two days of juice, I ate only a bit and gradually added more food. However, within one-two days, the sharp pain in my back returned. At times my gall bladder area is a bit painful, but most of the pain is in my back. It goes away when I go to bed (which is good). My chiropractor thinks I am too reactive and should wait to try the flush again. However, I feel like the back pain won't go away if I don't do something. What is the experience of this group as to doing the flush during a gall bladder flareup, as opposed to waiting until you have no pain and are not overly sensitive? The naturopath who was my guide for this is out of town until next Wed., so I can't ask her advice, though she had been willing for me to go through with it last weekend. But is it normal for the pain to come back like that after the juice fast if you don't do the oil thing? I had actually been pretty painFREE the whole week before the juice fast, so it kind of worries me that the pain came back like that. Would it be normal for it to do so, based on the juice fast? P.S. I'm the one who is also recovering from shingles on the same side of the body. An ultrasound showed: " The visualized liver appears unremarkable. The gallbladder is distended within no intraluminal echoes or shadowing to indicate gallstones. The common bile duct measures 4mm. The pancreas is mostly obscured by bowel gas. Impression: No evidence for gallstones. Normal common bile duct. "
Guest guest
, I have been a migraine sufferer for over 20 years as well. I recently found out that magnesium deficiency might be the culprit. Please go to Chris Gupta's Website and look up Making the Magnesium-Migraine Link posted 9/29/05. Also, go to Global Light Network - Google it if you have to to find out about Magnesium Oil - it is Magnesium chloride that you can massage into your body and it should work immediately to de-activate those migraines Hope this helps. Guest guest
I've had two severe attacks and have done the flushes during these attacks. The first flush I followed the s Moritz method, the second flush (which was pretty powerful) was after several months of herbs from sensiblehealth.com to break down the stones. This third flush I recently did I was only on the herbs for a little while and I still passed a lot of stones, except that was not during the attack. I've had severe attacks since 1985 and I've only been doing the flushes since March of this year -- had two successful flushes during attacks so severe the pain literally took my breath away. Perhaps I was just simply lucky or it wasn't my time to go -- who knows -- I just know I followed the instructions to the letter and I was successful. I guess the way I saw it -- I was going to end up in the hospital getting the gallbladder removed anyway so what did I have to lose? Well, I still have my gallbladder and I keep getting better and better. Now if I could just do something about the cravings I get after my flush is done (sheepish grin). I really tend to crave the junk. I may forego the basmati rice this next flush and see if I have the same intense cravings. Lori
