Guest guest
Hello to all This board is the greatest. Anyway just wanted to say I finally did my first flush but I think i only passed ONE stone.. I remember reading that sometimes in the first flush you may not see much results -but after that --you do. Is this correct? I am not at all disappointed because I am so happy I got up the courage to do the flush and now I no longer fear it. I have been taking the Chinese bitters for a few months but I am very allergic to the herb Gold Coin Grass (unfortunately) so I think not taking a stone crushing herb may have slowed the process down a bit-not sure... I did start taking Malic acid and I always juice a few apples every morning. So I guess my question is ...... Is it true sometimes the first flush yeilds very few stones? (I was diagnosed with multiple stones in March) thanks again this board has been so helpful to me. Lori
Guest guest
> > Hello to all > This board is the greatest.... Hey Lori. When my husband did his first flush, he passed more than one stone, but not by very many. I think it took two or three flushes to really start seeing results. Keep at it. YOu should see better results as time goes on. We had to make radical diet changes also along with many supplements. It took my husband about 6 months to really start feeling better. He is doing good now. Now our problem is that every time he does a flush, he ends up with a diverticulities attack. That is our major focus right now. We couldn't have done it without the advice and support of this group. They are truly wonderful! (CSC)
Guest guest
Lori I only passed a couple of stones my first flush (during an attack even) and thousands my second, but with the GCG. However, according to s Moritz (my one source), GCG is used for a substitute if you can't tolerate the apple juice so you should be just fine. I did both (32 oz of apple juice 5 days before the cleanse and the GCG for two months in advance) because I was nervous about how many years (decades) these stones have been building up and growing. I didn't want to take any chances. I'm 50. You may be a lot younger. I guess we'll call me the old fart Lori so nobody gets mixed up :-) Lori
